Hiroshima performsa special Legacy concert tocelebrate its 30th Anniversary.Joining Hiroshima for the special concert includes guest vocal artists Terry Steele, Yvette Nii and Jim Gilstrap, who were on their 2010 Grammy nominated Legacy CDwhom Kuramoto refers to as the band's "extended family".

"Our Legacy performance is a unique "one time only" celebration of the songs that have been the hallmark of Hiroshima's 30 year career, stated Dan Kuramoto. Nominated for a 2010 Grammy for Best Pop Instrumental Album, this collection of songs from our first decade include "Winds of Change," "Roomful of Mirrors," "Dada," "A Thousand Cranes," and "One Wish." With a spectacular list of guest artists, this will be an evening to be remembered, "concluded Kuramoto. Autographed CDs will be available at the concert.

Legacy is the Band's, number 17th release. At the heart of Legacy and of the Hiroshima experience in general is the convergence of Eastern and Western music, as forged by saxophonist Dan Kuramoto and koto player June Kuramoto, the founding members whose joint commitment to genre bending and cross-cultural innovation is as solid today as it was on that first recording. Rounding out the current Hiroshima lineup are keyboardist Kimo Cornwell, bassist Dean Cortez, drummer Danny Yamamoto and percussionist Shoji Kameda.
