Kick off the new years in Little Tokyo. The Annual Japanese New Year's Oshogatsu Festival held at downtown Weller Court Shopping Center and Japanese Village Plaza. Japanese art and entertainment will be center stage. The Japanese New Years or "Oshogatsu" is one of the most important celebration for the Japanese.

Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Southern California is hosting Oshogatsu (New Year) Event at Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.
