Oita Japan Festival 2025 Summary. Celebrate Japanese Culture in Austin!
Join the 10th Annual Oita Japan Festival on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (doors open at 11:45 am) at The Long Center, 701 W. Riverside Drive, Austin, TX 78704. Hosted by the Austin-Oita Sister City Committee (AOSCC), this family-friendly event celebrates Austin’s sister-city relationship with Oita, Japan, through food, cultural performances, music, martial arts, anime voice acting, a kimono fashion show, tea ceremony, hands-on crafts, and more.
