Summer is just around the corner and it’ll bring us one of the most popular yearly festivals. Disney has just announced the dates for the 2023 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival - here’s what you need to know!

Hawaiian and Japanese Food Booths

Hawaiian Menu (Near Port of Entry)
Embark on a culinary journey across the Pacific and savor the tropical flavors of Hawaii. From savory to sweet, indulge in island-inspired favorites.

Food Items:
• Slow-Roasted Pork Slider: Topped with sweet-and-sour DOLE Pineapple chutney and spicy mayonnaise.
• Hawaiian Rice Bowl (New): Featuring Spam, eggs, eel sauce, spicy mayonnaise, and furikake.
• Passion Fruit Cheesecake: Finished with toasted macadamia nuts. Part of Emile’s Fromage Montage.

Beverages
• Maui Brewing Co Orange Mango Guava Hazy IPA (New)
• Florida Orange Groves Winery Sparkling Pineapple Wine
• AULANI Sunrise: A refreshing blend of Vodka, DOLE Pineapple Juice, and grenadine.



Japanese Menu
Satisfy your cravings with an array of sushi and other delightful dishes, paired with exquisite drinks from the Land of the Rising Sun.

Food Items
• Wagyu Temaki Sushi (New): Hand-held sushi with savory American Wagyu beef, complemented by Takana Japanese pickles and spicy mayo sauce.
• Eel Temaki Sushi (New): Hand-held sushi with grilled eel, egg crumbles, cucumber, and pickled daikon radish, served with eel sauce.
• Teriyaki Chicken Bun: A steamed bun stuffed with minced chicken, vegetables, and teriyaki sauce.

Beverages
• Kyoho Drink: A non-alcoholic treat with Calpico and fragrant mellow Kyoho Black Grape.
• Kyoho Grape Sour (New): A delightful cocktail with Kyoho Black Grape, Japanese vermouth, and Shōchū.
• Sake
• Sapporo Premium Beer
