2016 - 5th Annual NTyme Golf Tournament (18 Holes, Box Lunch, Free Range Balls, Putting Contest, Hole in One Contest, Longest Drive Contest..)NEW

It's almost time for our 5th annual nTyme Golf Tournament, our single largest fundraising event of the season!� All students were given green letters at rehearsals, to be filled out and mailed to potential donors/sponsors. Please ask your kids for these or see the attached nTyme Golf Tournament Letter 2016. They can be sent to co-workers, friends, family, businesses, etc. We are desperately in NEED of PLAYERS and SPONSORS and NEED EVERYONE's assistance in seeking them!

Tournament Details
18 Holes, Box Lunch, Cart, Free Range Balls, Putting Contest, Closest to the Pin Contest on all Par 3s, Hole in One Contest, Longest Drive Contest, Dinner Banquet, Awards, Goodie Bags, Silent Auction, and Raffle Drawing for a wide assortment of prizes!

Green Fees
$125 per person
$400 for foursome by June 4, 2016 (savings of $100)
$500 for foursome after June 4, 2016

Reasons for Fundraising
�� We need a space to call our own - our organization is growing and we need to be able to accommodate our students in a larger space. We also need additional storage space. Soon, Arlington ES is going through major construction and we may not have the available space to rehearse or store our things! We need to plan now for our future!
�� Music instruments for our students to use - On Mr. Kamida's current wish list is a marimba, tuba and other large instruments.
�� Sheet music - one set of scores and parts could cost anywhere from $25-$150 each. Last year alone, we spent over $4,000 on sheet music alone!
�� Other music related items - such as performance venues (theater rental cost is between $2,000 to $10,000 depending on what venue we use), festival trips, adjudications, master classes, etc.
�� All of the above are for OUR STUDENTS
Please use the attached "nTyme Golf Tournament Letter 2016", "Golf Trifold 2016" or "nTyme golf letter" to send to all of your family & friends (copies are at rehearsals too) or direct them to our website http://www.ntyme.org/golf/golf.html.� We are asking that every one of our 250+ students, with their parents' assistance, please get at least ONE GOLFER in our tournament and seek at least FOUR family donations. We currently have ONLY 16 golfers and could use another 100+ golfers!� Our success depends on all of you!

Our goal is to raise up to $20K or more; no donation is too little!� Donations can be dropped off at any rehearsal, can be mailed in to nTyme P.O. PRIZES FOR SILENT AUCTION and RAFFLE:
Gift cards, product gift baskets, sporting or event tickets, artwork, etc. All items are welcome for our raffle and silent auction conducted at the tournament. These can be donated by a business or from families...another great opportunity to help support our organization! Use the attached nTyme golf letter to solicit items!
