Join us on a one and one half mile walk around a real working farm, stopping along the way to sample various fresh fruits and vegetables like cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, roasted sweet corn, strawberries, blueberries and much, much more!! At the end of the walk enjoy samples of homemade tsukemono, tri -tip sliders, Buffalo Wild Wings, shave ice and strawberry sundae while you are entertained by local taiko, dance and choir groups.
This is our 6th annual Walk the Farm fundraising event remembering and supporting the farmers in Japan that are still suffering from the devasting earthquake/tsunami that hit the Tohoku region on March 11, 2011. We also sent aide to the Nisei Farmers league in Central California that are suffering from the current drought.
Online registration now open at WalkTheFarm.com. Earlybird $25 before May 31, 2016
