Hiroshima will appear for two performances on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 7 pm and 9pm at the new E-Spot Lounge in Studio City. Newly opened the hot spot was renamed to reflect the new owner legendary artist and producer Sheila E.�

Kuramoto stated, 'We are honored to perform at Sheila-E's new E-Spot Lounge and to join such a group of legendary and contemporary artists. Sheila E is providing a great opportunity for artists to perform at a great venue and to build a community for jazz concerts.�

The band joins a list of stellar artist to perform at the brand new club renamed to reflect the new owners.� The Grand opening on January 30 � February 1, 2015 featured Sheila E the multi-faceted drummer, percussionist, vocalist, songwriter, performer, arranger, producer, composer.� The legendary Pete Escovedo Latin Jazz Orchestra, Cecelia Noel, Poncho Sanchez and Triple Threat are among the future scheduled artists.

The group is led by co-founders Dan Kuramoto, saxophone, flute, shakuhachi, keyboards and June Kuramoto,�koto and includes Kimo Cornwell, keyboards; Danny Yamamoto, drums and Dean Cortez, bass.� Kuramoto serves as producer and song writing is created by Dan and June Kuramoto and Cornwell.�

The band received two Grammy-nominations for their music. Legacy (2009, Heads Up International) 2010 Grammy nomination for Best Pop Instrumental. Their first Grammy nomination in 1981 for Best R&B Instrumental Performance for the song "Winds of Change" on their Odori Album (1980, Arista).
