Description
Ntb/ Soto Planning presents a special charity concerts for survivors of March 11 Japan's earthquake and tsunami, featuring renowned pianist Fuzjiko Hemming.

The concerts will be held on Friday, September 2 & Sunday, September 4, 2011 at Santa Monica College Performing Arts Center (the Broad Stage), 1310 11th Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401. The same program will be repeated on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Colburn School Zipper Hall, 200 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90012.

Award-winning, legendary Swedish-Japanese pianist Fuzjko Hemming will perform Preludes Op.28 by Chopin, Partita No.1 by Bach, "Picture at an Exhibition" by Mussorgsky and "La Campanella" by Liszt. This is Hemming's fourth visit to Los Angeles, after her last performance in 2009.

Tickets for Santa Monica College performances are available at $60, $80, $100 and $120. For Zipper Hall performances, tickets are at $80. $100, and $120.

Portion of the proceeds go to Japan Red Cross Society and 2011 Japan Relief Fund created by the Japan America Society.
