TAIKOPROJECT returns to the Ford Amphitheatre after its highly-acclaimed 2006 and 2008 performances with another pulse-pounding drumming spectacular in 2010. In celebration of our 10th Anniversary, we are excited to present our most innovative show to date! We are debuting six new songs blending taiko with marimba, koto(Japanese harp), andyokobue (bamboo flutes), and new arrangements of audience favorites. We are also proud to debut the newest taiko group in our family, Loma Pacific Taiko, based at our new studio in Long Beach. With nearly 100 taiko drummers onstage, the show will absolutely rock the Ford Amphitheatre with bass-pounding rhythms, energetic choreography, and creative musicianship.
