Studio Ghibli End-of-Year Film Marathon
Celebrate the end of the year with a complete animated journey through the world of Studio Ghibli. This special end-of-year marathon presents all 22 of the studio’s beloved feature films on the big screen, offering audiences a rare opportunity to experience these timeless stories as they were meant to be seen - in a theater, with fellow fans.

Spanning fantasy, adventure, family, and coming-of-age classics from legendary director Hayao Miyazaki and fellow Ghibli filmmakers, the marathon features carefully paired double features each evening. From gentle childhood wonder to epic environmental and emotional storytelling, the series showcases the full creative legacy of Studio Ghibli in chronological and thematic combinations.

Each screening is presented in Japanese with English subtitles and is designed for longtime fans as well as newcomers. Guests are encouraged to dress as their favorite Ghibli characters, and prizes will be awarded throughout the marathon, making this a festive and immersive end-of-year celebration of animation.

• Ghibli Double Feature III - Kiki’s Delivery Service & Only Yesterday. Two coming-of-age stories exploring independence, memory, and personal growth. Monday, December 22, 7:00 pm

• Ghibli Double Feature IV - Pom Poko & Porco Rosso. Environmental fantasy and aerial adventure with humor and heart. Tuesday, December 23, 7:00 pm

• Ghibli Double Feature V - Whisper of the Heart & Princess Mononoke. A lyrical tale of young ambition paired with an epic clash between nature and industry.  Thursday, December 25, 7:00 pm

• Ghibli Double Feature VI - Spirited Away & My Neighbors the Yamadas. A magical journey through the spirit world and a warm portrait of everyday family life. Friday, December 26, 7:00 pm

• Ghibli Double Feature VII - The Cat Returns & Howl’s Moving Castle. Fantasy adventures filled with courage, transformation, and imagination. Saturday, December 27, 7:00 pm

• Ghibli Double Feature VIII - Ponyo & Tales from Earthsea. Mythical stories of balance, destiny, and the natural world. Sunday, December 28, 7:00 pm

• Ghibli Double Feature IX - The Secret World of Arrietty & From Up on Poppy Hill. Intimate stories of hidden lives, young love, and postwar Japan. Monday, December 29, 7:00 pm

• Ghibli Double Feature X - The Tale of the Princess Kaguya & The Wind Rises. Visually stunning reflections on beauty, sacrifice, and the cost of dreams. Tuesday, December 30, 7:00 pm
