The 11th 'Japan Day Festival' was held at John Muir Middle School on Sept. 22, with Deputy Consul General Naoshige Aoshima in attendance. The event featured a tea ceremony performance, courtesy of Ichinobowaryu as well as a "Yosakoi Soranbushi" performance from Muir's sister school, Hokkaido Rebun High School. Students and guests were also treated to a show from world-renowned artist, Yoyoka.
