From Hiroshima to Hope is an annual lantern-floating ceremony in Seattle honoring the victims of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, as well as all victims of violence. This year's event marks the 80th anniversary of the bombings and calls for peace, reflection, and remembrance through community gathering, art, music, and the symbolic floating of lanterns.
