Direct from Okinawa, Japan, for one night only, BEGIN makes its first-ever mainland US concert at Marsee Auditorium. This exclusive show is presented by the Okinawa Association of America, Inc. (OAA).

BEGIN Band has been serenading fans for 30 years with its iconic melodies about their beloved island home infusing blues with traditional Okinawan music elements. Their songs convey love for their island prefecture, a deep respect for the land and nature with fond memories of their childhood. Their music prominently features the sanshin, an Okinawan three-stringed banjo.

BEGIN’s appeal stretches the globe from their home base in Okinawa, Japan to South America, Australia, Europe and North America. To date, they have released more than 35 singles, more than 30 albums and 8 DVDs. They released their greatest hits album, “Gajumaru” in October 2019.
