Bring the family for a fun filled day at the 2015 GVJCI Carnival Matsuri!  The GVJCI Carnival-Matsuri, is a fun summer festival for the South Bay community! There will be many delicious Japanse and Japanese-American foods, as well as fun games, amazing entertainment, and the best raffle prizes!

Food & Game booths
Some games- Basketball, Pachinko, Bingo, line a line, jingle board, etc.
Some of our food booths- yakisoba, shave ice, imagawayaki, Okinawa Andagi, lau lau, teriyaki chicken, cold somen, udon, chashu bao and iced coffee!

Performances
Taiko, hula, ukulele, odori, line dancing, and martial arts demonstrations!

Outdoor Nursery and Produce Sale
Visit GVJCI's own farmer's market! There will be fresh fruits, vegetables, and beautiful plants for sale!

Cultural Arts
Japanese Language School students' display, senior's arts and crafts, and children's art will be displayed in the upstairs class rooms. 

Raffle Prize Drawings
Raffle is held hourly on both Saturday and Sunday, with prizes being donated by various businesses and individuals in the community. Drawing winners need not be present to win.

Presale Carnival Coupon Books-
Come by and purchase your tickets! Tickets are currently being sold by GVJCI programs and supporting organizations, as well as, the GVJCI office for $10 per book prior to the Carnival-Matsuri. The ten $1.00 coupons can be used as scrip at the carnival booths, as well as, raffle drawings eligibility.
