Join us in Fairmount Park for a spring celebration in the Japanese tradition of revelry beneath the blossoming cherry trees. As the centerpiece event of the Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival, Sakura Sunday will feature a variety of live music and dance performances, marital arts, cultural demonstrations, crafts, and much, much more. Bring the family, bring the neighbors, and bring your pets! Enjoy the festivities and stop by Shofuso Japense House and Garden for a tour of this magnifcent historical treasure.

Prettiest Pet in Pink Contest
Cat and dogs are invited to don their best pink costume and join the Sakura Sunday Festivities. Owners will parade with their pets around the sundial for a panel of judges. Leads are required at all times, but pets are welcome throughout the Horticulture Center.

Harajuku Fashion Show
Area students will show off their hottest fashions inspired by teh unique eccentricity of Tokyo's Harajuku district. You won't believe your eyes!
