South Bay F.O.R. Junior Golf will again host the Junior Golf clinic for golfers between the ages of 6-15 years old at:

The golf clinic will be six weeks in length and held on consecutive Thursdays, starting in June and ending in July.� The clinic will start at 9:00 A.M. and end with a lunch at noon.� In July, an optional culminating tournament will be held at the Dominguez Golf and Practice Center.

Each week, the more experienced golfers will have a 20-30 minute class on a very specific topic or technique (i.e., course etiquette, bunker play, short game, etc.) and then compete in a weekly nine-hole Summer Tour event.� They will participate in several different team and individual events (i.e., 2-3 person scramble, individual play, partner best ball and match play Ryder Cup format) accumulating points toward the clinic ending awards luncheon.

Attached is an application for the South Bay F.O.R. Junior Golf Clinic.� The program will include professional group lessons, driving range card, prizes, lunch, a clinic tee shirt, and the opportunity to play golf for a nominal fee.��

Completed application and payment must be received by June to reserve a spot in the clinic.� There is a limited amount of space.� All applications will be processed on a first come basis. The only notification that you will receive will be a rejection notification due to space limitations factor.� Otherwise, your child has been accepted into the program.

In June (2 Dates) at Dominguez Golf & Practice Center @ 19800 S. Main St., Carson, CA from 7:00-8:00pm. Two dates were selected for those of you who could not attend one of the two dates.

This is a mandatory Parent and Junior Golfer meeting for first time participants and for those playing in the 'SUMMER TOUR'. We will be discussing the following:

• Discuss how the program works, .i.e. group rotations
• Discuss rules and conduct regarding safety, group assignments, lunch, parents or responsible adult signing in/out, etc.
• Issue membership cards
• Issue 'Clubs for Kids' for the beginning golfers who do not own their set of golf clubs yet
