The Nisei Week Grand Parade is one of the highlights during Nisei Week. Plan on waiting on curb along with everyone else, bring snacks and/or dinner to pass time. 

This event is usually one of the largest and most exciting events of the year. There are a lot of areas you can sit and watch the parade.  The most popular areas are going to be the most crowded areas.  Keep walking until you find a spot that you can sit and watch.

Nisei Week Parade Route
Follow the parade as it travels throughout Downtown Los Angeles in the Little Tokyo district.
1) Starts at 2nd street to Central Avenue
2) Then west on 2nd Street to
3) North on San Pedro to First Street
4) East on First Street to Central Avenue
5) The parade then turns the corner and travels south on Central Avenue
6) Ends between 1st Street & 2nd Street
