2016 Nikkei Peruvian Cooking 1st Workshop in a Series (Variety of Peruvian Dishes, Section on Sangria..)NEW

Back by popular demand our Nikkei Peruvian cooking workshop! Join us this summer for a special series including Nikkei Peruvian fusion drinks! Our first workshop will be on May 18^th and will include a section on sangria (and you will get to try it too!). Otehr workshops are on June 15th and July 20th.

The workshops will include a variety of Peruvian dishes and ingredients from pisco, ceviche, rocoto, and causa- all with a Nikkei twist! Call us if you have questions about these ingredients and dishes!

This workshop will be taught by Paulo Asato of Persuasions, and costs $30.00 for all ingredients, recipes, and test tastings!
