This event series, which will begin on Monday, March 14th, is centered around the differences and similarities between German and Japanese erotic cinema and is titled Frames of Mind, Frames of Body: German and Japanese Perspectives on Risqu Cinema.

The first two evenings will be hosted by the Goethe-Institut Los Angeles (5750 Wilshire Blvd. #100 Los Angeles, CA 90036) and will include a dual-lecture, presentations, and a Q&A with Berlin-based Japanese writer Yoko Tawada and German film journalist Carolin Weidner.
