JERC/MLB Urban Youth Academy proudly present USA and Japan high school All Star national team for three games at MLB UYA at 901 E. Artesia Blvd., Compton CA 90221.

Japan National High School Team is the strongest 16-18 year old team in the world. The players are selected from the Tokyo area who experienced Japan High School Summer National Tournament champions last summer tournament which attracts 1 million spectators and most popular on televised programs where 51 teams who representing one winner of each prefecture. USA national team is selected through professional Scout Bureau recommendation. To name a few who has drafted an played in Japan are Kuwata-Yomiuri Giants, Tatsunami and Fukudome-Chunichi, Aragaki, Higa, Asakura, Tanaka, Saito, etc. and USA players are Hideki Matsui-New York Yankees, Delmon Young, Dimitri Young, Jason Kendall, Nomar Garciaparra, Torii Hunter, Jason Marquis. This friendship Game is not only learn baseball game but exchanging ambassadorship from each country. Let us present excitement of Koshien Showcase in Los Angeles. For ticket information, please
