Karbach Brewing Company is a prominent craft brewery based in Houston, Texas, founded in 2011 by a group of experienced brewers and industry professionals. Named after Karbach Street, where it is located, the brewery quickly became one of Texas’s best-known beer producers, gaining attention for its approachable yet bold beer styles.

The brewery is especially known for popular beers like Hopadillo IPA and Love Street Blonde, which blend traditional brewing techniques with modern craft flavors. In 2016, Karbach was acquired by Anheuser-Busch InBev, allowing its beers to reach a wider audience while maintaining strong local roots and a Texas-forward identity.

Beyond brewing, Karbach operates a large campus with a taproom, restaurant, biergarten, and event spaces, making it a popular gathering place for locals. It has become a key part of Houston’s craft beer scene, combining quality beer, food, and community-focused events in a relaxed Texas setting.
