Art of Manga is the first major North American exhibition dedicated to Japanese manga art, presenting over 700 original genga (drawings) from the 1970s to today. This expansive showcase explores manga’s evolution as a storytelling medium, from hand-drawn sketches to printed form, while also highlighting its global influence and cultural impact. Featured works include those by manga legends such as Akatsuka Fujio, Araki Hirohiko, Oda Eiichiro, and Tagame Gengoroh. The exhibition includes timed-entry admission, special events, and themed Cosplay Days where visitors can attend in costume.
