This is the first Annual Yamagata Fair! Japan's Yamagata Prefecture is famous for its agriculture and fruit growing, and is known for a variety of gourmet products. Yamagata-based companies at our Torrance store will offer unique dorayaki “Makidora” which exhibitor’s Anchindo from Japan is demonstrate, popular Japanese rice “Tsuyahime”, delicious fruit jelly, rich tasty gelato, dadachamame (edamame), and more.
In addition to these gourmet products, you will find special food items such as Yamagata’s wagyu beef bento, bangiku inari sushi (mix inari sushi rice and Japanese pickles), and gassan soba, and mugi kiri udon.
Some products are available in limited quantities so don’t miss your opportunity to attend this special event!
