The 48th Annual Terminal Islanders Picnic will be held at 11:00 am on Sunday, June 2nd at George Bellis Park located at Knott Ave and 8th Street in Buena Park. Entertainment will be provided by Jim Coots’ musical group, Pihemanu, and Hawaiian dancing by Leialiiani. There will be games and races for children, Tanko Bushi and a traditional Mochi-maki.  

Chicken Teriyaki bento lunches will be available by pre-paid order only for $10.00 each and must be received by May 24th. Please send your bento request to Rene Le Page, 6504 Ulithi Street, Cypress, CA 90630, along with your check payable to Terminal Islanders. If you have any questions regarding the bento, please contact Rene Le Page at 562.822.0555 or email her at renekiyomi@hotmail.com.  

There will be raffle tickets for sale and top winnings include a choice of: 1st Prize: TV or $500, 2nd Prize: iPad or $300, 3rd Prize: Air pods or $100, and many more prizes. Items for sale will include Terminal Island  Memorial Monument Tshirts, The Lost Village of Terminal Island DVDs, Terminal Island: Lost Communities of Los Angeles Harbor books, and Terminal Islander happi coats.
