The public is invited to of the new documentary film "For The Sake of The Children" on Ootober 28 (Sunday). The film's intially focus is on mothers who gave birth to and raised children while incarcerated in Poston and includes family stories from other camps.  

The film's executive producer, Marlene Shigekawa was born in the Poston Concentration Camp near Parker, Arizona and is President ot the Poston Community Alliance. 

There will be a panel discussion after the film screening moderated by NBC reporter Robert Handa.  Panelists include:  Patty Tsubokawa Reeves and Stephanie Gillman (cast members), Zahra Billoo (Executive Direcootr of the Council on American-Islamic)

This event is sponsored by the Poston Community Alliance, Midori Kai, Inc, San Jose Buddhist Church Betsuin and Japanese American Museum of San Jose.
