The Little Tokyo Dance Club was asked to spread the word to those who wish for another chance to dance the opportunity to participate in a public Ondo at the Sawtelle Japantown Birthday Bash.  Ondo is Japanese festival folk dancing that is as much fun to watch as it is to actually join in and dance.  No dance experience necessary, the dance steps are repetitive (by the end of the dance everyone is a pro.)  The celebration starts at 10 am and ends at 2 pm.  Entertainment during the event will include Ryujin Taiko (Japanese Drumming) and a performance by Classical Japanese dance group Fujima Seiyumi Kai.  It’s a “cake and ice cream” Birthday Bash so please come in the spirit of culture and community.  All welcome, please share with family and Friends.
