The Annual Cherry Blossm Festival returns to Torrance. Bring a picnic and beach chairs and sit amongst the blossoming cherry trees. Entertainment and interactive activities will be provided. Sponsors include: the City of Torrance, the Torrance Sister City Association, Torrance Artist's Guild, Torrance Craftsman's Guild, and Soka Gakkai International

The free festival includes performances from artists representing Asia, including Japan, Philippines, India, and Korea. The Torrance Craftsmen's Guild invites artists and crafters to display and sell their work; and there are activities like learning to make origami and face painting.
