Little Tokyo Community Christmas Caroling and Holiday Party at Centenary on Saturday December 10, 2016...All welcome.ï¿½ Christmas Caroling in Little Tokyo.ï¿½ï¿½ Join in the spirit of culture, community and the holiday season.ï¿½

This is a open public event that will begin at Centenary UMC in Little Tokyo on Saturday December 10, 2016 starting at 4 pm.ï¿½

Christmas carols will be multi cultural and sung in English and Japanese.ï¿½ Traditional Japanese winter songs will be included on the caroling list as well.ï¿½ No singing experience necessary just the willingness to share in and experience this timeless holiday tradition.ï¿½ Hoping everyone will join in spreading peace and good will within the community during this joyous holiday winter season regardless of faith or beliefs.ï¿½

Starting at 4 pm with a good old fashion Community Holiday Party at Centenary UMC located at 300 S. Central Ave. at 3^rdthe community will be treated to games, contests, entertainment, food and fun including a special Holiday Public Ondo.ï¿½ At 5 pm Carolers will hit the streets of Little Tokyo walking 2^nd and 1^st Street in Little Tokyo spreading holiday cheer.ï¿½ Dress warm and bring your walking shoes, be ready to be filled with the holiday spirit.ï¿½ We will do our best to "shuttle" those who may not be able to walk the total caroling route.ï¿½ Don't wish to singï¿½ï¿½ Stay behind and enjoy in the fellowship and programming at Centenary that will continue through out the evening.ï¿½ This is a holiday event you do not want to miss.ï¿½ Feel free to share this invitation with others, this is a open community event ï¿½ all welcome to attend and participate.ï¿½ If you have any questions in regards to this event please contact Wesley Nishinaka at [email protected] or contact Centenary UMC at (213) 617 ï¿½ 9097 or www.sharecentenary.org.ï¿½ See Everyone on Saturday December 10, 2016 at 4 pm in Little Tokyo to share in the spirit of culture and community spreading peace and goodwill during this holiday season.
