The acclaimed Taiko Project is an ensemble of premiere taiko drummers dedicated to sharing their Japanese American culture and heritage with the community from TV appearances to school performances.ï¿½ Their performance, entitled, "Big Rhythms, Big Drums," is an explosive drumming demonstration that weaves modern and traditional taiko together to present a diverse repertoire of show-stopping songs, making it a memorable experience for audiences of all ages. ï¿½FREE to all. ï¿½Validation for parking in Paragon Parking lot just south of the library at the Library Information Desk. ï¿½ In addition to the July 18 (1:00-3:30 pm) event, we also have one on Saturday, July 19 from 2:30-5:00 pm.
