The Guadalupe Buddhist Church Obon Festival will be held in July, Sunday, at the Veteran's Community Center, 313 West Tunnell St., Santa Maria, CA 93458.

The Obon festival will begin at noon and end at 5:00 PM. Raffle tickets and Chiken Teriyaki tickets will be available at the door. Bonsai demonstration, taiko drumming, Obon dancing (begins approximately 3:00 PM, food sales (udon, sushi, chicken dinner, kushiyaki, wonton, strawberry shortcake), crafts and arts section.

Practice begins June 18, 2014 and every Wednesday�until July 23, 2014.�
Time: 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm
Bring your kachi kachi, towels and fans. Refreshments will be served.
