Project Kokoro is sponsoring  a special book reading & signing by "Hiroshi Kashiwagi" on Sunday Jan 19th at Orange County Buddhist Church -Main Hondo.
 Hiroshi's poetry, plays and prose are a national treasure that will prove especially valuable to the Sansei & Yonsei generations.
San Francisco-based author will read short stories from his newly published book, "Starting from Loomis". A memoir in short sotires, this book chronicles the life of an accomplished writer, playwright, poet and actor as he remembers himself as a younger man.  Now 91, Kashiwagi recalls and reflects upon his years at Tule Lake, and the moments, people, forces, mysteries and choices that madehim who he is.
 
It will start at 12:30PM and free admission for the reading, open to all ages.
