Enjoy Cherry Blossom 2012 season at the garden. Cherry Blossoms are an omen of good fortune and also an emblem of love, affection, and represents spring. Enjoy nature and celebrate the beauty of the cherry blossoms!
Bring a picnic! The upper and lower meadows will be open for picnicking Saturday, March 3. Tram tours will run at 11:00 am, 1:00 pm and costs $4 per person.
There will also be a cherry tree planting ceremony at 1:00 pm, and free origami folding lessons from 10:00 am 3:30 pm. Picnics are not provided, but feel free to bring a picnic and enjoy one of the rare days that you can bring a picnic on grounds.
