Southern Calif Live Steamers - Wilson Park

We are a small club of volunteers with a BIG job!  We run app. 1,400 passengers each run day.  Visitors welcome run days and work days.  On run days.  Please check in  at the concession stand/tent, located inside at the station. (We provide a hot dog lunch)  

Visitors with Medium-size Locomotives (7-1/2' 4-6-2 Max.) can run their equipment but can not pull the general public.  Please arrive early to attend our safety briefing.     

Lcoation
Train Rides: located in the South East end of Wilson Park (at Washington Street). The Southern California Live Steamers offer Free Little Train Rides on the First Sunday of the Month, (except in July,) from 11:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

The Southern California Live Steamers, Inc., (S.C.L.S.), “Mission” is to educate the public about our rich railroad history and promote interest in the “Live Steam” hobby.    

Run days
The first Sunday of each month 11 A.M.-3 P.M., except July, open July 4th only.

Work days
Every Saturday  (9 A.M. - 12 Noon)
