Tatsu is the brainchild of .ange. And Tommy Nadeau who fell in love with Tokyo and its lively ramen scene. Tatsu's iconic taste started with recipes that .ange. Created in her home kitchen and was perfected by ramen experts, who flew in from Japan, through the customization of personal tastes and preferences. Meat lover, vegan, and gluten-free foodies can now happily enjoy a hearty bowl of ramen side by side. The umami broths are made every day in-house from scratch and take at least 14 hours to complete - keeping the good ol' tradition of food made with integrity and love.

'Tatsu' means dragon and opened its doors in 2012, the year of the dragon.

Menu
Our secret (or not-so-secret) recipe: Broth made fresh daily right in front of you for at least 14 hours. Pork chashu simmered to perfection.
