Emiko Long founded Mizuki, along with her mother, Yaeka Katayama, to share their love of traditional Japanese food and culture. Since opening in 2010, they have kept the heart and soul of Mizuki traditional while also evolving with the passion to give each guest an amazing experience. Emiko does this my putting her own spin on everything she touches, all the while staying true to the classical sushi bars in Tokyo

Sushi is made from the freshest fish from the purest waters around the globe, with the kind of artistic flair that can only be created by a sophisticated sushi chef who knows how to combine past and present with an eagerness to bring us into the future.

The restaurant is open daily from 11:30 till late which is a rarity in Orange County Mizuki has a full bar, with most Japanese beer on tap and a premier Sake lineup.
