Valley Japanese Community Center is organizing Obon Odori Practice sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays. These practice sessions are dedicated to teaching and rehearsing the traditional Obon dances. They are open to community members who are interested in participating and learning the dances.  Bon Odori practices start in June and right before Sun Valley Obon Festival. 

Accessories used will be Uchiwa (round fan), Naruko/kachi kachci (preferable the round castanets for this year), a Tenugui or towel.

Please wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
