Festivals Obon Festivals Nisei Week   
Date: Saturday, 22 April, 2023       Time: 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Map of Jackson Park - Cherry Blossom Celebration (Hanami Sakura), 5700 S. DuSable Lake Shore Drive

Join the Chicago Park District and our cultural partners for a celebration of Hanami and Japanese culture. There will be performances by SHUBUKAI and TSUKASA TAIKO, plus haiku and origami with the JAPANESE CULTURE CENTER. Festivities will be held in the Garden of the Phoenix on the Wooded Island in Jackson Park.

PLEASE NOTE - This Natural Area is also a designated nature sanctuary with strict rules posted that dogs are not allowed.
