Saturday Oct. 6th in DTLA / Little Tokyo:  Church Yard Sale from 8 AM to 2 PM.  Picture Day with local community photgrapher Albert Lien from 11 AM to 5 PM.  Sunday Oct. 7th Blessing of the Animals @ 10:45 AM.  Picture Day 10 AM to 5 PM.  ALL Welcome, Open Public Event.

Church Yard Sale
Centenary's Japanese Language Church is having a "Yard Sale."  This is not your ordinary yard sale, but a shopping experience that will fit everyone's tastes, needs and budget.  Everything priced to sell, close to a "give away" negotiate your price...  New items, 2nd hand, clothes, appliances, dry goods, boutique, etc.  Too much to list.  Yard Sale Saturday Only from 8 AM to 2 PM.

Picture Day
Hi folks,  Albert Lien (Community Photographer),  come join us at Centenary United Methodist Church in Little Tokyo, for a day of photos, yard sales, and fun! I am hosting a photo shoot, open to the community, for those who wish to have a photo professionally taken for headshots, family photos or even the upcoming holiday cards.

The event will be held for two days with a different focus for each day. Pleases see below, for more details.

Saturday October 6
- Open invite to everybody, dress for fun!
- Family portraits, headshots, cosplay can be done.
- Multiple backdrops will be available

Sunday October 7
- Open for only Family Portraits and Headshots,
- Sunday is also Blessing of the Animals, Pet photos can be taken (10:45 AM)
- Only a Black or White background will be used

A small sitting fee of $10 per group/individual will be charged with the money going to the church and photographers. Photo(s) will be edited and a digital negative will be provided for your own personal use. Prints can be made, with an additional cost, and ready for pickup two weeks after.

Blessing of the Animals Oct 7th 10:45 am
Bring your Pet (or pets) to church for Centenary's annual Blessing of the Animals.  This is a open event, all welcome to attend and participate.  Service begins at 10:45 AM Sunday October 7th.  Please spread the word and invite others…
