A classic Japanese flower with surprising variety, the camellia blooms from midwinter to early summer in an array of red, white, and pink. Characters in the Camellia genus range from spontaneous, sprawling, and painterly to delicate, uncannily symmetrical, and restrained.
The Oregon Camellia Society will hold its Annual Spring Camellia Show on Saturday and Sunday, March 29-30 in the Garden's Pavilion. Come see and experience over 100 varieties of beautiful camellias and learn about their care, feeding, pruning, and identification.
