They call Koi fish "living jewels." All your troubles float away in the serenity of watching these beautiful care free creatures, swim gracefully in ever changing swirls and patterns

1. Koi live to be 100 years old, some live up to 150 years in Japan;
2. Koi are the result of selective breeding of "common carp" over 1,000 years in Japan;
3. Koi are the Japanese symbol for bravery, used in flags, art, tattoos, clothing;
4. Koi can be trained to kiss their owner's cheek, and to eat from your hands;
5. Koi can grow up to 3 feet long, and love swimming close together for company..
