Sake: A Japanese Cultural Event

Please join us for 2nd special Sake Tasting event at MIZUKI RESTAURANT, Irvine on Sunday, January 27, 2013 from 6 to 10 PM. Hosted by C-Japan, you will have an opportunity to meet producers from more than 20 brewers from different regions of Japan, and sample many varieties of sake that promise to offer a unique flavor for you to discover.

Also, you can taste mizuki's chef special japanese foods as below.
● Roll sushi 2 pieces
● albacore tataki
● Roast beef
● Fried Chicken wings
● Yuan Yaki Style Salmon (Fish fillets marinated with the same amount of soy sauce, mirin and sake, then grilled are called Yuan Yaki)
● EDAMAME
● MARINATED MUSHROOM
● GOMA-TOFU
● VEGETABLE DIP
