Welcome to the wonderful world of sushi and sake as only Benihana can bring you. Join us at Benihana Santa Monica for a sushi rolling demonstration where you'll learn how to make your own sushi creations, as well as a sake lesson explaining everything you need to know about pairing sake with your favorite food. You'll also enjoy edamame and a variety of Benihana sushi roll favorites.

Sushi + Sake 101
To register for the Sushi & Sake 101 Event at Benihana, please complete the following information. A Benihana representative will contact you to process your credit card payment over the phone. Please note that space is limited and no refunds will be issued. Your registration is not confirmed until you have spoken with a Benihana representative and your payment has been processed.

Please note that classes are filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you do not see the class you are interested in attending listed below, that class has been filled to capacity and no longer has seating available.

The $35 class fee includes sushi appetizer, cocktail, and a demonstration from a Benihana sushi chef on how to make a California Roll, Hand Roll and Nigiri. You'll also receive four one-ounce sake samples and instructions on which styles of sake pair best with different types of sushi.
