Join us in Fairmount Park for an action-packed spring celebration of Japanese arts and culture! The centerpiece event of the festival, Sakura Sunday, is a day under the blossoms full of spectacular sights and performances with plenty of hands-on fun.ï¿½ Take in a day of captivating festivities or simply come out with friends and family to picnic under the cherry blossoms!

The main stage performance is the Tamagawa Taiko Drum & Dance, followed by activities such as karate and swordcutting demonstrations, origami and calligraphy workshops, Japanese fashion show, prettiest pet in pink contest, and children's story time.
