This year's theme is: Little Tokyo Sake & a Taste of Tofu
Guests will enjoy an evening of strolling down the "old and new streets of Japan" and experience the tastes and smells of the traditional summer outdoor festivals.� For those of you familiar with the 12-year run of LTSC's Tofu Festival, you will relive this iconic feature in some of the dishes, as we are reviving the tofu theme for this year's event!
