This year's theme is: Little Tokyo Sake & a Taste of Tofu
Guests will enjoy an evening of strolling down the "old and new streets of Japan" and experience the tastes and smells of the traditional summer outdoor festivals. For those of you familiar with the 12-year run of LTSC's Tofu Festival, you will relive this iconic feature in some of the dishes, as we are reviving the tofu theme for this year's event!
