Michelin-starred Soseki, or cornerstone in Japanese is an intimate 10 seat multi-course dining experience featuring a modern take on omakase.  It’s a “chef’s choice” dinner exploring our local Florida terra through our partnerships with farmers, fishermen, cheese and ceramic artisans. In addition, our beverage director and service team has curated a global sake and wine program to accentuate the dishes but also challenge the traditional concept of beverage pairings.

What is your menu like?
Globally inspired, seasonally driven Omakase, a “leave it to the chefs” approach. Guests will experience over 15 bites/ courses that will include piece by piece nigiri.

How many seats and seatings do you have per day?
Our seatings are 10 people maximum.

How long does a seating last?
Each seating can last up to 120 minutes.

What happens if I arrive late?
Unfortunately, Soseki cannot guarantee the full menu to guests who are more than 15 minutes late. We do our best to catch each guest up but is not guarantee.

Is there a corkage fee?
Yes, we charge $75 per bottle or $120 per magnum, with a maximum of two bottles per party.
