West Torrance Little League is a 501(c)(03) non-profit organization (EIN: 33-0208355) whose purpose is to provide approximately 700 baseball and softball players (over 60 teams!), from ages 5 through 12, with a safe playing environment they (and the community) can be proud of. West Torrance Little League also provides a growing Jr./Sr. Softball program for girls between the ages of 13-16.

West Torrance Little League has no corporate sponsorship, and very little city sponsorship. The league relies on registration dues, community sponsorship and fundraising to cover the costs of uniforms, equipment, insurance, facilities, utilities, Little League dues and field maintenance for six ball fields.

The backbone of this league is the volunteer. The volunteer is what separates WTLL from other leagues. Your support is vital toward helping us meet our goals of providing the best and safest environment possible for our children. So get involved!  Even if you can only provide two hours a month of volunteer assistance, your participation can make a big difference to our children, to our league, and to our community.

The list below contains just some of the projects and programs that need volunteer assistance:

  • Field Maintenance
  • Opening Day - Ceremonies
  • Opening Day - Carnival
  • Promotions/Fundraising
  • WTLL Directory
  • WTLL Newsletter
  • Community Cards
  • Cow Chip Bingo
