Join Japanese American Survivors and Allies. 2020 Oshogatsu - Jan 11 New Years Protest. Time to clean house and close the camps.
For Japanese Americans, Oshogatsu, the New Year, is a time for reflection, renewal and for taking care of home and those we love. It is a time of making things right with our neighbcrs and community members. In this spirit, we want to spiritually 'Clean House' and protest the 'filth, poor conditicns, and lack of medical care' that has resulted in multiple hunger strikes and suicide attempts in the Yuba County ICE Detention Center and Jail. Demand the Board of Supervisors.
