Hokkaido Fair and Ainu Culture Special.  Sponsored by the Hokkaido Prefecture with support from Mitsuwa Marketplace and Hokkaido Ramen Santouka.

The Torrance Store will host a rare Hokkaido Fair in collaboration with representatives of Ainu culture. Ainu are the indigenous people of Hokkaido and its neighboring regions. At the event, many sessions of activities will be held throughout the day and also Ainu clothing and art will be displayed to familiarize visitors with unique Ainu culture.

On 1/11, the first 50 customers who arrive at 10:30 am and 3 pm will receive special pins with Ainu patterns.

In addition to the demo sales of Wagyu (Japanese beef) and Scallops from Hokkaido, limited quantities of gourmet specialties from Hokkaido will be available to intrigue your taste buds.
