Join us on Sat, Feb. 22nd for our annual Day of Remembrance event. This year, we will focus on WWII Japanese American incarceration in Hawaiʻi. A screening of the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaiʻi's documentary film, The Untold Story: Internment of Japanese Americans in Hawaiʻi followed by a panel discussion with Densho Content Director Brian Niiya, UCLA Ph.D student Josephine Ong. We will also be having a special hula performance by Staci Toji that ties into the experiences in the film as well as a tsuru (crane) display and tsuru folding table organized by Nikkei Progressives.

NO RSVP necessary. Admission is FREE. Donations are welcome!
