Waka Sakura is a new sushi restaurant that recently opened on the second floor of the Tokyo Central Market in Gardena. It's a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, meaning you'll be seated at a counter with a conveyor belt running in front of you, transporting a variety of sushi dishes. You can pick and choose what tempts you from the conveyor belt, or you can use a tablet at your table to order directly from the menu. They offer a wide variety of sushi and sashimi, along with other Japanese dishes. With its modern take on a traditional concept, it seems like a fun and delicious spot to try fresh sushi.
